Scraplift #32 is Cupcake Yummy!!! UPDATED

The next Scraplift is KeelyB!! I've had this in my favorites for a few weeks and I just kept coming back to it and loving it more and more. So, when I looked in my favorites again this morning, I made my decision - this is the lift for the week!!!

I absolutely LOVE the pictures and how she used the photo actions on them (I just purchased them last week and they're WONDERFUL. You can get them at Purty Pics - POP under Holly McCaig)

I'm LOVING chipboard letters and stamping, so that also brought my eye to this one. I love the colorful stitching and the awesome cupccake lettering and the sweet little touch of using a popsicle stick!!!

You can find her original layout here:

Cupcake

Go give her some lovin' - and start picking out pictures with me to do this lift!!!! If you have a few extra moments, go into her gallery and peek - she's got some really great unique layouts in there too!!!!

This one is my scraplift. These pictures are really special to me and I'm glad that such a sweet layout was available for me to lift!! LOL!! Credits:

2. This was the first year Mama didn’t buy any costumes for us!
3. We had personalized loot bags filled with treats!

Scraplift #31 Is Circles of Fun!! UPDATED

For your scrapping pleasure, I offer this next layout by Shari Barnes. I have always loved her style and this layout is no different. I know that she did it as an ad challenge at Designer Digitals, and here's the link: Here is the link to the ad challenge: http://www.designerdigitals.com/ddgallery/showphoto.php?photo=10393&cat=503

You can give her original layout love here:
Fall Pumpkin Patch
Shari says this about her layout: "I took so many pics during this pumpkin patch trip, but for some reason wanted to scrap this one by itself. Layout was done using an Ad Challenge at Designer Digitals by Kellie Mize. Credits: Circles by Kellie Mize at Designer Digitals, Doodles by Susan McCormack at Digital Design Essentials.

What I love about Shari's layout is that it is so pure - so simple and yet so colorful and interesting at the same time. It's a hard line to stand between too busy for simple and too simple for looking finished. Did that make sense?? LOL - Anyways, I hope you love this lift as much as I do and as always, I will upload any layout that I receive to the blog on Sunday night!

On a general note, if you ever send me a layout and you don't see it on Sunday with the others PLEASE link it to me so that I can put it where it belongs! I'm human and often make mistakes and I'd hate to have left someone's beautiful work out unintentionally!! Thank you for all your support and let's have some fun lifting Shari!!!

Just so no one gets confused, I have the descriptions underneath each lift. It looks a lot neater to have everything centered, so I'm trying this for a while!! I was so tickled to see these layouts come to my inbox!!! Without further ado...the lifts:

This is my scraplift of Shari Barnes for the digi-scraplift blog! Again, I felt that this layout was so pure and perfect that I had a really hard time going out of the box and doing anything different at all. I really really really loved it, so I changed nothing really! LOL

Everything is by me except for the doodles, which are Susan McCormacks - available at digital design essentials, and Holly's "All that Pops" photo action from PDW.

This is Wendy's layout. Oh my gosh when I saw this I just giggled outloud. It is ADORABLE!!! Credits: it: Alyssa's Dreamcatcher by Lucy Marino; Alpha: Pieces of Me-Sentimental by Meredith Fenwick; Font: PeaNeffer

This sweet little layout comes from Deb. I just adore the picture!!!! She says this, "This layout was created for Scraplift #31 from the Scraplift with Pachimac Blog. The original layout for the scraplift was created by Shari Barnes. Journaling reads: I love this photo of you with Mia. Just two girlfriends sitting on a bench sharing a chat and some laughs. I hope that as you grow, you will share more laughs, more tears, more secrets, just the way that true girlfriends should. Paper and elements (flowers re-colored) by Nikki Painter available soon at The Digi Shoppe; leaf brush by endless rain; font mistral

This adorable layout is by Robin. I just LOVE the angle and the adorable picture she chose, and my personal favorite about this is the fact that she used circles everywhere to keep the theme! She says, "Credits:
Dani Mogstad "Vintage Valentine" available at designbydani.com. Letter A is from Dani's This Love CD:) AC Inked Action, Traci Murphy Drop Shadows "Thanks for looking!

This layout is by Sharon, ksharonk at the forums. She did this at the same time the original was done - great minds think so alike!!!! I love the absolute JOY in the faces of this layout!!!! Sharon says, I LOVE this week's Ad Challenge ... here's a quick layout before I head off to work! TFL, Sharon. [Photo by Cathy's family, edited by me.] Ad Challenge freebie by Kellie Mize, at DesignerDigitals. Font: Avante."

Melissa joins us with a fun layout about her DS swinging. I love the bold playful colors and alpha!!! She says, "This is for Susan's Digi-Scraplit Blog. Just a fun picture of my youngest swinging in the backyard. Thanks for looking! Credits: Everything Silly Boy Play All Day by Shabby Princess Fonts: High Strung & Times New Roman

Karen's precious layout is offered next. I adore the soft colors and I love the way she stitched down the circles. Karen says, "Scraplift Blog Challenge: lift of Shari Barnes’ “Fall Pumpkin Patch” LO ColorPop #3 Photo Action by Michelle Pearson at Scrapbook-Bytes
Alpha Brushes by Meredith Fenwick at Scrapbook Graphics
Frame around journaling from Joy by Amanda Rockwell (used Michelle Pearson’s Stitch Action on it)

Journaling = Treasures can be found by anyone seeking it. And you are certainly one girl who is always on the lookout for fun little things to investigate with your little fingers. This double-slide at this playground is one of your favorite places to climb around and you never fail to rummage underneath it.

This gorgeous layout is Rona's entry: "My SIL at 8 months. I promised I wouldn't scrap this pic, but I couldn't resist. I "protected" her by not including her face. Scraplift #30 is ZineTastic! UPDATED

I was browsing the galleries giving praise to all my fingers could handle when I came across this layout and it just jumped out at me and said, "I'm the layout you're looking for!!!!" It is by WendyZine, and it was also a scraplift of Amy Cheesman, who's original layout can be found here:

Catching Little Crabs

To make this even MORE complicated - Amy used a template for HER layout! LOL!! So...now that I know the history of all these layouts, I think I've credited everyone now!

You can find the template here by Carole Neale:

Carole's Template

Back to Wendy's now...

I love the way Wendy used the unconventional way of cropping the pictures and the fabulous doodles and the white space...and the blocks, and the . .. and the... dang - I just love everything about this one and I hope I can do it justice!!! Let's have some fun!!!!!!

Here's the link to her layout in the gallery - leave her some loving!!!

Baby Mine

I have to say I was really disappointed that no one did this lift. I thought it was a tremendous layout and I applaud Carole, Amy and Wendy for it's greatness!!! I loved it so much that I did two - and here they are. If someone else DID do this layout lift, I'd love for you to email it to me so that I can add it to my two...YAHOO _- Rona did one and it's SOOOOO worth the wait!! Scroll down...

My first scraplift was done with Lucy Marino's Alyssa's Dream Catcher Kit, which is available at digiscrapshak.com I really liked the colors of this kit and felt it really tied the pictures together so well!! I also especially like the fabulous stitches that comes with the kit and the rich colors and elements! Go check it out!!

My second lift was done by me again, and it was done with Carrie Stephens Truly Delightful, available at fishscraps.com and I used Taran Conyers FABULOUS TK Doodle font! I am totally in love with lavendars and purples, so this kit was perfect to tie my love of those colors with the loves of my life!

I was SOOOOO blown away with this lift. I don't know if it's the fact that it's Lightning McQueen, the colors she used or the way she duplicated and flipped the lift - but I have to say this one is award winning in my book!!! Here's Rona's Credits: Journaling reads:

Mama spent less than a week preparing for your party, but everyone who went had so much fun! Papa bought lots of inflatables for the pool, which made for a successful swimming party. We had balloons and a banner with your favorite CARS characters. The food was the basics --- hotdogs, barbecues, spaghetti, snow cones, ice cream, cookies, and of course, your Lightning McQueen cake!

Scraplift #29 Is the Pick of the Patch!! UPDATED

When I saw this layout in the gallery, I knew this had to be the next scraplift. I think Gina accomplished something that I really want to perfect: the layout that is clean and designerly with a touch of graphic, yet uses tasteful embellishments! I was immediately drawn to the FABULOUS flower and then I noticed the little notches and how the journaling followed those notches!! Everything about this layout is appealing! I hope you love this layout as much as I do, and I hope that you join me in lifting the fabulous Gina Miller's Pumpkin Patch!

Here is the original layout's address - go give her some more lovin' if you already haven't!

Pumpkin Patch

CREDITS: Papers from Andrea Burns' "Golden Glory" kit at The Digi Chick. Sketch template by Pattie Knox. Sequince by Shannon Carlson. Stitches are my own. Tied ribbons (re-colored) by Tali Braxton. Here are the layouts I've received so far. I know a lot of you said you were going to do it, so perhaps they're on their way! LOL!!

I really loved doing this layout. I kept finding new things to put on, then take off, then change the colors, then the backgrounds and if I had saved everything I did - I'd probably have 5 layouts!! LOL!! Here's my credits. I used TONS of things from different artists:

Background and small flowers from Shabby Princess - Autumn Chic
Felt button corner and flowers - Shabby Princess - Autumn Chic
Button threads - Shabby Princess BlueBell Road
Butterfly Pieced and Photo Mats from backgrounds of Gina Cabrera/Heather Ann Sweet and Spicy Kit
Faux diamonds from Gina Miller's Funky Flowers

This is Karen's adorable entry. I laughed out loud when I first saw it cuz it's just so CUTE!!! My daughter was the leg girl too!! The swoosh with the flower was so great too!!! Karen 's credits can be found here:

Journaling = This photo shows your true nature. From the start you’ve always had a slouched position whether it be in your high chair, the stroller or even in one of our laps. And many times you would work your leg out from under the table.

This one is so cute!!! I love the look on her little boy's face and those flowers and colors are so perfect for the layout!!!! I LOVE the sweet little touch of buttons on the title!! This is also Amandas first scraplift with us - welcome!!!! She says about her layout: Hi this is my first time scraplifting from your blog. I think I will go back and lift some of the older ones. Thanks for the inspiration, and thanks to Gina too.

Scraplift #28 is so YOUnique!! UPDATED

I was immediately drawn to this layout in the gallery - not only because of the striking colors, but the fabulous photo that she used! I Marlie has such a wonderful style - I went through her gallery and was amazed each time I saw another layout - more clean and simple yet such effective layouts!

You can find this layout here at DigiShopTalk.Com Leave her some praise and let's get scrapping!!!

Younique

Marlie describes her layout:

I was going through my favorites and was very much inspired by 1967Jodie’s lo New Joke.
This photo of my dd Rosa was taken on our vacation in Italy and I love the very serious look on her face, where you can almost see right into her soul.

I found this quote (slightly altered by Leo Buscaglia) at 2peas to go with it:
A wonderful realization will be the day you realize that you are unique in all the world.
You are a special combination for a purpose-and don't let them tell you otherwise.
You are that combination so that you can do what is essential for you to do.
Don't ever believe that you have nothing to contribute.
The world is an incredible unfulfilled tapestry.
And only you can fulfill that tiny space that is yours.

I was so happy to see your layouts arrive in my inbox. This layout is really great and I'm glad that many of you decided to do this one! Without any further ado...here's the lifts:

This one is my layout. You would not believe how many times I threw away the background papers I was using and started over...then the fonts...whew!!! However, Boy did I have fun doing this layout!!!

I used:
Agnes Lahur's background from her Colored Textures Collection, available at plain digital wrapper
Gina Cabrera's clip from Office Essential Snippets, available at digital design essentials
Shabby Miss Jenn's Flower from her Shabbylicious Fall Freebie, recolored to a darker pink
Shabby Princess's Paisley stamp from Studio Chic, available at the Shabby Shoppe
Font is Century Gothic Bold and Regular

This one is by one of the best clean and simple scrappers I know, Sharon. This is her take on the layout: Her words: Here is my scraplift of #28, Marlie's beautiful Younique. I was immediately drawn to the orange in her layout, her beautiful photo, and the clean lines of her design. My layout is called Contentment ...

Details: Paper from my freebie Spun Sugar, on my blog. My clip. Flowers from Paper Flowers by Katie Pertiet, at DesignerDigitals. Fonts: Century Gothic, Arriere Garde.
Sharon

Oh my, when I saw this layout I just wanted to run right into my bathtub and soak - but alas, I live in a rented condo with an insanely small bathtub!!! Anyways, here is what she says about her layout: I was inspired by scraplift #28 @ Pachimac's Scraplift Blog. Here is the original YOUnique
and here is the credits for my spin on the lift

Robin's layout just totally made me giggle! She says: "Howdy... This is for Pachimac's latest scraplift, and also includes a mini-scraplift of the cool stitched paper strips from the very talented Dani Mogstad (find her LO here). All papers and clip by Holly McCaig, find her designs at plaindigitalwrapper.com, flowers by Dani Mogstad, find her designs at designsbydani.com."

And last, but certainly not least is Karen's adorable, joy filled layout!! I love the energy in the photo!! She says: "Scraplift Blog Challenge; Scraplift of Marlie’s “Younique” LO

Font = Bernard MT Condensed, Barbara Hand

Journaling = My darling 19 month old, you are so grown already. One of the sad things is that I don’t have loads of laughing photos of you because usually I’m the one making you laugh and by the time I whip out my bulky camera the moment is gone and it’s back to “doh” photos. The awesome thing about vacations is that your father is with us 24/7 and I always have my camera around. Sweetness, you make our heart leap and our eyes tear everytime we see that smile of yours and hear your laugh. We could never have too many photos of you smiling and laughing.
